Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Stoov heating product; if it’s not the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Stoov product, including all chargers and accessories, into its original box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
